Calling All Red Sox Storytellers
Have you got a favorite Red Sox story? A special Fenway moment, meeting one of the Sox players, coaches or others? We want to hear them. Send me a little about your favorite. The ones chosen will get the opportunity to share them with our members at our October meeting.
Rod Ross will conduct the interviews and with your permission, we may share a few in our newsletter, on our Facebook page or our website.
In addition to our Storytellers, we will also hear from our first 3 Scholarship recipients, and perhaps their grandparents...all club members.
And last, but not least, come join us as we present Club Founder Art Plant with his Custom-Made Red Sox Nation Villages Ring. It's is a beauty...
Sounds like fun. Just click the sign up button below.
Time to do some Holiday Shopping. We will be blowing out our Red Sox/sports merchandise and offering our entire collection of Red Sox Memorabilia and collectibles. Much of this is autographed and will make perfect gifts for the Red Sox fans on your list.
All proceeds will go to our Art Plant Founder's Scholarship Fund.
Ric Mitchell will be with us playing Jukebox Bingo. Many of you have enjoyed Ric around the Villages and on radio. This is sure to be a FUN Night!!
We are moving forward planning our Christmas Holiday Party on Thursday, December 16th with an eye on general health conditions. We are fortunate to be able to hold our party close to Christmas. Many clubs are forced to hold theirs either much earlier or into next year as there is no space to hold them.
Here are the winners!! We will have pictures soon!
Congratulations to all!!!!!

Thanks to Frank Micciche who did a fantastic job orchestrating our golf & dinner event. The weather cooperated and Frank saw all the golfers off on both the Belmont and Churchill courses. The Italian Feast from Napolino's was an excellent choice.
August Zoom Conversation will be Thursday, August 19th. Our guest will be Sarah Coffin, Curator for The Boston Red Sox. Sarah has a very interesting story about her career. She used to work for The Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown and has been with our favorite baseball team for a few years now.
Click here Thursday close to 6PM to join the conversation: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82893055893
