This scholarship honors the founder of Red Sox Nation - Villages, Art Plant, who started the club in 2011. His enthusiasm and initiatives grew this club to be the largest chapter of Red Sox Nation in America.
2023 Scholarship Information
Open Application Period: January 1 to May 1, 2023
Winners will be announced on May 15, 2023
· Applications open on January 1st and must be returned No Later Than May 1.
· Scholarship winners will be contacted by provided email address.

The Art Plant Founders Scholarship Congratulations to our 8 scholarship recipients:
Camryn Burns-Camryn graduated from Maloney H.S. in Meriden, CT with a 4.5 GPA and will be attending Providence College to pursue her degree in Psychology. She is the granddaughter of Members Rick & Gloria Powers.
Zophie Greenwald-Zophie is a graduate of Hopedale (MA) H.S. with a 4.6 GPA and will pursue her dream of becoming a teacher at Framingham State University. She is the granddaughter of Members Harry & Sheryl Romasco.
Alexis Grusby-Alexis graduated from Novato (CA) H.S. with a 4.23 GPA and pursuing her education at New York University (NYU) to pursue her ambitions in The Arts. She is the granddaughter of Members Jim & Sharon Krakowka.
Kylee Kozloski-Kylee graduated from Timber Creek H.S. in Fort Worth (TX) & will be pursuing a career as a veterinarian at Tarleton State University (TX). She is the granddaugter of Members Diane and Gregory Kozloski.
Samantha Pirruccio Samantha graduated from Francis T. Maloney H.S. in Meriden, CT with a 4.5 GPA. She will be attending Sacred Heart University (CT) and major in business. She is the granddaughter of Members Rick & Gloria Powers.
Tyler Richards-Tyler graduated from Northbridge H.S. in Whitinsville, MA with a 4.67 GPA. He will be majoring in Genetics at North Carolina State University & "would love to be the person who solves crippling diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's". He is the grandson of Member Connie Plotkin.
Matthew Terceiro-Matthew graduated from Mt. Hope H.S. in Bristol, RI with a 3.6 GPA. He will be attending Roger Williams University (RI) and aspires to be a high school math teacher. He is the grandson of Members Ed & Holly Terceiro.
Nolen Timberlake-Nolen is a graduate of Topsham H.S. in Topsham, ME. He will be attending Maine Maritime Academy pursuing his dreams in Oceanography and to captain a ship. He is the grandson of Members Paul & Dottie Timberlake.
